The dualistic framework for reading Vedanta, developed by Madhvacharya roughly two centuries after Ramanuja. Madhva wrote his Gita commentary within this framework.

One of the three major commentarial traditions on the Gita, alongside advaita-vedanta and vishishtadvaita.
